What if you could VR blind date your way to the right employee without unconscious bias? First impressions mean everything, and even though we don’t intend to, we form an idea of how a person is based on their height, weight, skin color, gender, beauty, and other visual attributes. We want to investigate the implications related to conducting anonymous job interviews in order to mitigate unconscious bias.
